Aboardly is our client-facing trip experience. Information available through Aboardly may include itinerary details, important dates, reservation information, travel-party details, destination and port information, recommendations, checklists, messages, uploaded or generated trip documents, and other information related to a client's vacation.

Aboardly information is used to organize and support the client's trip and to provide authorized account features. Access controls are used to limit client information to the appropriate authenticated users and authorized business personnel. Some features may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help organize, summarize, draft, or present travel information; those tools do not replace supplier terms, official travel documents, or professional judgment.

We use essential technologies needed for website and account functionality and may also use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the site. Our current website includes Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics-related measurement. These services may process information such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser information, interactions, approximate location derived from IP, and similar usage data.
