Leaving the morning after the wedding sounds romantic until you remember the wedding ended six hours earlier. The trip can begin immediately or later, both are real honeymoons.
Immediate or delayed honeymoon
Some couples want to leave right away. Others want a night or two to breathe, or a larger trip months later when schedules and budget are kinder. Ashley plans around the version that gives you a better vacation, not a rule about when a honeymoon is supposed to happen.
Resort, cruise, or split stay
