Categories, not a hotel encyclopedia
Universal groups many of its hotels into Prime Value, Preferred, and Premier (names can be marketed slightly differently). There are also hotels nearer Epic Universe. Ashley compares transportation, Early Park Admission, room setup, and current Express benefits — she does not publish a fake ranked list of every building.
